DTB 24/7 is the redesigned mobile banking application offered by Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Limited (DTB). The application delivers an improved user experience, allowing DTB account holders to conveniently conduct banking activities securely from anywhere.

Features of the revamped app:

1. View detailed information about your bank accounts.
2. Safely authorize transactions using a 6-digit PIN or biometric authentication such as fingerprints.
3. Receive utility bill notifications 5 days prior to the due date for payment.
4. Select beneficiaries for mobile money transfers and airtime purchases from your phonebook.
5. Personalize the app by setting a custom profile picture.
6. Scan and make payments at participating merchants through Masterpass QR.
7. Transfer funds to other banks using RTGS or PesaLink.
8. Find nearby branches and ATMs based on your current location.
9. Request chequebooks and stop cheque payments directly from the app.

Important Information:

• Fingerprint verification is available for select devices for transaction authorization.
• Customers must be registered for DTB mobile banking to access DTB 24/7 services. Registration can be completed at any branch.
